Specialty
I work with people and couples moving through big life changes—pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss, or adjusting to a new role as a parent. These seasons can bring anxiety, sadness, and questions about identity. Even joyful changes can feel heavy and confusing.
I help clients process grief, heal from birth trauma, and navigate relationship stress. Many of the people I see are facing chronic stress, burnout, or the strain of caring for others while trying to care for themselves. Together we create goals and use tools that fit your life so you can feel steadier, more connected, and more at peace.
I work with high performers, helpers, leaders, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or major life transitions. In addition, I welcome clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or family systems stress—whether as individuals or couples.
As a perinatal specialist, I help clients process grief, heal from birth trauma, and navigate the complexities that come with caregiving.
Together we create goals and use tools that fit your life so you can feel steadier, more connected, and more at peace.
Over the past decade, I’ve supported parents and couples in building stronger relationships, finding relief from anxiety, and discovering joy in everyday life. I bring warmth, humor, and compassion to every session and provide a safe place to be fully yourself.
I feel honored to walk with clients through some of the most tender and important moments of their lives.

Outside of Refuge
You can find me curled up under a cozy blanket reading a romance novel (specifically, Kennedy Ryan); hiking with my kids, chasing our new puppy, sushi date night with my husband, or enjoying some solid time with my wonderful group of friends. I also am involved with a few nonprofits in the community, including my own that I dedicate a good chunk of my time to as well. If you are a new parent, pregnant/postpartum mama, a couple navigating/adjusting to parenthood or a high achieving professional looking to create better balance and experience, JOY- I would be the perfect fit for you.
