Most people do therapy on their own. But people who have a supportive community while in therapy heal and grow faster and are more resilient to stress.
Plus, it’s fun!
Join with like-minded friends at Refuge and beat isolation.
We offer group therapy, somatic work, and KAP, as well as classes, retreats, and workshops to enrich the therapy process by connecting members to other peers as they heal.
